In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, its regulations and other applicable provisions ("Data Protection Law") and in order to guarantee your right to privacy and the protection of your personal data, we provide you with the identification data of the person responsible for the processing of your personal information:

2. Definitions  

For the interpretation of this Privacy Notice, the following terms shall be understood as follows:  

2.1. Privacy Notice: Electronic document or in any other format generated by the Controller and made available to the Data Subject prior to the processing of his/her personal data, in accordance with Article 15 (fifteen) of the Data Protection Law. 

Database: The ordered set of personal data concerning one or more identified or identifiable persons. 

2.3. Consent: Manifestation of the Data Subject's will by which he/she authorizes the processing of his/her personal information. 

2.4. Personal data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.  

2.5. Data Protection Law: Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties.

2.5. Service: Digital reservation and visitor management system for public, private or community natural areas, called "Reserva Natura. 

Responsible: Individual or legal entity that decides on the processing of personal data of the Data Subject; for the purposes of this Privacy Notice, the Responsible for the processing of personal data is Centro Latinoamericano de Gestión Ambiental, A.C.   

2.8. Website: Web page, property of the Responsible Party, identified under the domain name. www.reservanatura.org and any other subdomain that may be implemented, taking into account that the micro-reserve sites of each protected natural area may be embedded in the promotional pages or any other site defined by the destination partners.

2.9. Data Subject: Individual or legal entity that makes its personal data available to the Controller. 

3. Purposes 

The Personal Data of the Data Subject will be collected by different means and will be used for the following purposes:

Send information and publicity about the activities of the Responsible.		Consent given by the Data Subject when accepting subscription to newsletters.		Personal Data may be shared with collaborators of the Responsible.		Until the express opposition of the Data Subject, which must be expressed in writing to the Controller.
Secondary goals for marketing, advertising and prospecting purposes (market research).		Consent given by the holder.		Personal Data may be shared with collaborators of the Controller.		Until the express opposition of the Data Subject, which must be expressed in writing to the Controller.

4. Types of data collected by the Data Controller 

In order to carry out the Services, the Responsible may make use of any of the following Data of the Data Subject: 

4.1. Identification data: Full name, date of birth, marital status, age, gender, nationality, geographic location, place of residence, country of residence. 

4.2. Contact information: Address, e-mail, landline and cellular phone number.  

4.3. Vehicle data: Number of vehicle license plates. 

4.4. Invoicing data: Proof of tax status, and Federal Taxpayers' Registration Number (tax identification number). 

4.5. Financial Data: Debit or credit card numbers, and/or forms of payment. 

5. Data Transfers 

The Personal Data of the Data Subject may be transferred within and outside the country with the collaborators of the Responsible Party and the individuals or legal entities directly related to the Responsible Party's Service. The processing of the Personal Data carried out by the collaborators and duly authorized third parties shall be in accordance with the instructions of the Data Controller under the terms set forth in this Privacy Notice and those that it may additionally determine; thus, the Data Controller undertakes not to transfer the Data Subject's information to unauthorized third parties without the Data Subject's consent, except for the cases set forth in article 37 (thirty-seven) of the Data Protection Law, including the court order. If the Data Subject does not express his/her opposition to the transfer of his/her Personal Data, it shall be understood that his/her consent has been granted.

6. Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition to the use of your personal data

In accordance with the Data Protection Law, the Data Subject may exercise at any time, his or her right of Access, Rectification and Cancellation and Opposition ("ARCO") in accordance with what has been indicated in this Privacy Notice. To exercise any of the ARCO rights, including its revocation, you must express it through a free writing specifically indicating your request, the means of reproduction of your personal data and your consent (signature), and you must send it to the following e-mail address paul@amt.marketingwith attention to Paul Gunnar Beckman. 

The maximum response time will be 5 (five) business days after receipt of your request.  

7. Modifications to the Privacy Notice

The Responsible Party reserves the right to make modifications, changes or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time in accordance with its internal policies, its own needs, or new requirements for the provision or offering of its Services.  

Therefore, the Responsible undertakes to communicate to the Holder any change to this document by e-mail or through the Website.
