Website: Web page, property of the Responsible Party, identified under the domain name. www.reservanatura.org and any other subdomain that may be implemented, taking into account that the micro-reserve sites of each protected natural area may be embedded in the promotional pages or any other site defined by the destination partners.
2.9. Data Subject: Individual or legal entity that makes its personal data available to the Controller.

The Personal Data of the Data Subject will be collected by different means and will be used for the following purposes:

4. Types of data collected by the Data Controller
In order to carry out the Services, the Responsible may make use of any of the following Data of the Data Subject:
4.1. Identification data: Full name, date of birth, marital status, age, gender, nationality, geographic location, place of residence, country of residence.
4.2. Contact information: Address, e-mail, landline and cellular phone number.
4.3. Vehicle data: Number of vehicle license plates.
4.4. Invoicing data: Proof of tax status, and Federal Taxpayers' Registration Number (tax identification number).
4.5. Financial Data: Debit or credit card numbers, and/or forms of payment.
5. Data Transfers
The Personal Data of the Data Subject may be transferred within and outside the country with the collaborators of the Responsible Party and the individuals or legal entities directly related to the Responsible Party's Service. The processing of the Personal Data carried out by the collaborators and duly authorized third parties shall be in accordance with the instructions of the Data Controller under the terms set forth in this Privacy Notice and those that it may additionally determine; thus, the Data Controller undertakes not to transfer the Data Subject's information to unauthorized third parties without the Data Subject's consent, except for the cases set forth in article 37 (thirty-seven) of the Data Protection Law, including the court order. If the Data Subject does not express his/her opposition to the transfer of his/her Personal Data, it shall be understood that his/her consent has been granted.
6. Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition to the use of your personal data
In accordance with the Data Protection Law, the Data Subject may exercise at any time, his or her right of Access, Rectification and Cancellation and Opposition ("ARCO") in accordance with what has been indicated in this Privacy Notice.
