Booking.com Cares is the foundation of the global booking website Booking.com, dedicated to activities in favor of sustainability, environmental conservation and responsible tourism.

In 2019, a key collaboration between Booking.com Cares and Reserva Natura emerged, marking the beginning of a project of great relevance for the management of protected natural areas. This alliance, through the Canadian ParkPass initiative, driven by funding from the foundation, provided the opportunity to develop Reserva Natura's visitor management platform, designed to optimize the user experience and improve the management of conserved territories.

The mentoring provided by Booking.com Cares was essential to guide the technological process and establish a solid foundation for the development of the platform.
